The Yard is an Annual Event throughout two weekends in October celebrating Fall in Charlestown, MA.
The Challenge
As a local event on a tight timeline we were tasked with getting the message out quickly and reworking their brand to align with the venue.
We were able to organize a marketing push to drive ticket sales, attract new audiences both local and visiting, and re-engage past attendees.
With multiple weekends to consider, the challenge was ensuring clear messaging across all digital channels while generating excitement leading up to the event. Our messaging had to be very clear about the fact there were multiple dates to attend with daily reminders.
The Work
We implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy leveraging email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media engagement to maximize reach. We ensured that crucial event details—such as dates, ticketing, and activity information—were clearly presented and easy to navigate.
Our team also capitalized on previous attendees and industry contacts, using targeted remarketing campaigns to convert interest into ticket sales. We were able to drive ticket numbers, increased engagement across all platforms, and a streamlined promotional process for future events with our cleaned up Brand Kit that brought the venue and event's visuals together.
